I had a pretty good stay at this hotel, tucked away at the end of the hall which gave it a nice, quiet vibe. The service was decent, but I found the dining options to be overpriced for what they offered. The location is fantastic, especially for Cedar Point vacations, making it convenient for our two-day adventure. While the rooms were ready when we arrived and comfortable, there were just too many rooms in the hotel, which felt a bit overwhelming.

During my stay, I found the hotel to have a convenient location for park activities, but unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired as they smelled musty and were not up to par for the price. The staff was friendly and offered us Cedar Point tickets, but that was a bit insensitive considering my sister was pregnant. Overall, the experience felt a bit lackluster, especially given the cost.

Rooms

The rooms were of poor quality and had a musty smell, which was disappointing given the price I paid.

Location

The location was ideal for park activities and close to the water park, which was definitely a plus.
Dining

We opted for cereal in the room since the breakfast buffet was priced at $12 per person, which felt too expensive for what was offered.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but nothing spectacular. The overall upkeep could certainly use some improvement.

I had a decent stay at this hotel with some standout features, particularly the friendly staff and the nice pool area. However, the rooms could use some cleaning, especially the balconies, and the dining options were a bit lacking in variety. The location was good for visiting local attractions, but the hotel itself seemed a little dated and not as clean as I'd hoped.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were pretty good, but definitely not the size of most suites I've stayed in. My balcony needed a good cleaning.
Service

The service was pretty friendly and attentive, making my stay more comfortable.
Location

The location was amazing for getting to Cedar Point and other nearby attractions, but it's a bit far from the amusement park itself.
Dining

Dining was a little pricey for what we got; I expected a larger menu, but the food that was offered was delicious.
Facilities

The facilities were nice but felt in need of updates. The pool area was enjoyable, which was a plus.

The hotel had some nice perks, especially with its outstanding location near Cedar Point, making it perfect for park activities. Unfortunately, my experience with the rooms wasn't up to par as they could have been cleaner and did have a musty smell. The service was a mixed bag; while the management was friendly and tried to help, the dining options left much to be desired for the price. Overall, it was a convenient place, but not without its flaws.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms weren't really clean and had a musty smell, which was disappointing. We did talk to management about it, but it was a letdown.
Service
6.0
The staff attempted to be helpful, even offering Cedar Point tickets, but it felt a bit off since my sister is pregnant and unable to use them. It left me feeling that the service, while friendly, missed the mark in understanding our needs.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally situated for park activities and is close enough to other attractions for walking. I loved the easy access to Cedar Point and the nearby waterpark.
Dining
5.0
Dining was not very good for the price; I found the buffet selection quite limited and not appealing, especially at $12. For a more substantial meal, it just fell flat.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate, but nothing stood out as exceptional. It was a standard experience without any luxurious additions.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to Cedar Point, which was a huge plus for our family. The rooms were a bit noisy and could have been cleaner, and the dining options were not worth the price we paid. Overall, it felt more expensive than the value we received.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a nice balcony with a screened-in porch, but the sliding door was loud and difficult to operate. I was also disturbed by the noise from neighboring rooms, which sounded like furniture being moved all night.
Service
6.0
The service was okay, but I didn't have any standout experiences to highlight.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for families heading to Cedar Point, with other activities within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were disappointing, especially the dinner buffet. It was overpriced for the limited selection available, and honestly, the food just wasn't very good.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use some improvement, particularly because several slides and the spa were out of order, which was disappointing.
